The Fireworks Approach to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Zero Tolerance

Fireworks has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are deeply committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe environment for all our users.

Prohibited Content

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on the Fireworks platform:

• Any visual, audio, or textual content that depicts, encourages, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of children
• Any attempts to groom, solicit, or engage with minors in an inappropriate or sexual manner
• Any content that could be construed as child sexual abuse material

Reporting Mechanism

If you encounter any content or behavior that you believe violates this policy, please report it immediately through:

• The in-app reporting feature
• Contacting our dedicated Child Safety team at safety@fireworks.date

Consequences

Any user found to be in violation of this policy will have their account immediately terminated, and the relevant content will be removed. We will also report such violations to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
